Green Week 2010! March 29 – April 3, 2010

Bike Helmet Giveaway
Tuesday Mar. 30, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Outside of Engineering building
The NYC Department of Transportation, along with NYPIRG and Envirolution Bike Workshop, will give away free helmets. Bring an adult if you are under 18 years old. Each person will be properly fitted with a helmet. Did we mention it’s free?

Urban Green Council and Seminar: Being Green in the Concrete Jungle
Thursday Apr. 1, 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Learn about green building codes and see if a career in the sustainable field is right for you. One of the speakers is Yetsuh Frank, who was selected by Al Gore to be a part of his Climate Project in 2007.
