  • Composting: NYPIRG wants to coordinate (Jaime organized before)

  • Promote recycling more on campus (recycling, E-waste)

  • (Maybe we can have content drafted up for recycling education, and submit to creative services and then highlighted on screens across campus)


+ PROPOSAL for “Appropriating the Coalition”
  • Post 2014 People’s Climate March NYC, UN General Assembly’climate summit

  • Institution like Cooper Union, Parsons, FIT, and CUNY celebrated the week with full of events.  Those schools clearly showed major support by the president & school.  Some places even have Sustainability Senate.

  • Status report of the proposal during 2015 Greenweek Opening Reception
  • Request to meet Todd Gallatz head of institutional advancement
  • Pratt legends gala:  great place to push the sustainability minor (most of our funding comes from here)
  • Cathy:  “we have a campus (which most of these other schools don’t have) so we should start using that as a stage to express our initiatives of sustainability”
  • Sustainable student union: maybe we can have this highlighted during Green Week  (Brent please write summary)
