NOTE ABOUT DISPLAY CASES:

Green Week Basement Display cases still available: We still have quite a few Main Building basement display cases available from March 20 – April 10.   Please let Alice Zinnes (azinnes@pratt.edu) know if you’d like any, and if so, how many, what you’d be displaying (i.e. poster, paintings), what your department/organization and email address are.

 

Case size: The glass frames of each display case are 40″ tall x 33.5″ wide.  The interior of the cases are slightly larger: 42″ tall x 35.5″ wide x about 2″ deep.  The main wall has 10 cases; across from that are 4 cases, and just beyond, kind of around the corner, are 4 more cases.

 

Volunteers are needed to help hang the exhibitions in the basement display cases and student union.  The display cases can be hung either Friday, March 20 from 5:30-7:30, or Saturday afternoon, Mach 21, depending on which time-slot more people volunteer for.  Please let Alice Zinnes (azinnes@pratt.edu) know if are able to help.
